Job Summary
A consumer credit company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Financial Services Commercial Sales Leader in Atlanta.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Mentoring, hiring, and developing sales teams geographically distributed across the country
- Collaborating with and influence sales leaders and COEs to implement Commercial strategies with new and existing customer base
- Providing expert knowledge of products, distribution strategies, technology advances, competitive intelligence, and brand opportunities to sales teams
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Represent the organization on industry boards, functions and conferences to ensure an active and visible profile in the industry
- Proven strategic planning skills including the translation of strategic ideas into executable actions
- Proven aptitude in creating and delivering effective executive level presentations
- Ability to influence key stakeholders internally to provide voice of customer and drive new product solutions
- Ability to develop professional working relationships with key contacts and senior level players within the Commercial industry
- Extensive experience in relationship management and sales execution
