Job Summary

A staffing agency has an open position for a Telecommute Financial Services National Account Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Acquire a working understanding of services to be able to relate them to our customer’s needs
  • Support Existing Customers/Business
  • Engage and establish relationships with key individuals

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Coordinate on-site training to customers through Site Rep team
  • 1+ years of proven experience in account management/training/product experience
  • Advance problem resolution skills and comfort with working under pressure
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
