Job Summary
A staffing agency has an open position for a Telecommute Financial Services National Account Manager.
Must be able to:
- Acquire a working understanding of services to be able to relate them to our customer’s needs
- Support Existing Customers/Business
- Engage and establish relationships with key individuals
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Coordinate on-site training to customers through Site Rep team
- 1+ years of proven experience in account management/training/product experience
- Advance problem resolution skills and comfort with working under pressure
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
