A financial services provider is seeking a Telecommute Financial Services Operations Team Leader.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Analyzing metrics and quickly resolving any issues that could affect achievement of service levels
- Analyzing performance management data
- Monitoring customer servicing calls, and identifying opportunities to ensure flawless servicing
