A financial services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Financial Services Recovery Associate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing best-in-class claims experience skills including investigation, resolution and operations
- Connecting with customers through multiple contact channels including ZenDesk, email and phone
- Negotiating payment arrangements and deliver solutions to help customers resolve balances
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1-3 years of professional experience
- Strong customer service and analytical skills
- An all-around team player who is detailed oriented and an excellent communicator (verbal/written)
- An understanding of basic insurance concepts, claims, policy coverages, and subrogation
- You feel at home using G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack and modern workplace technology
