A Fortune 500 company offering a range of financial services and solutions has an open position for a Telecommute Financial Services Talent Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Responding in a timely manner to all correspondence
  • Scheduling and maintaining calendars promptly and accurately
  • Leveraging established use of all processes in all departments for quality and efficiency

Position Requirements Include:

  • 2 - 3 Years of administrative support experience that is aligned with the responsibilities for this position
  • Demonstrates ability to manage multiple priorities, think tactically and strategically, demonstrate objectivity, be results-oriented,etc
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
  • Demonstrates ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates the ability to use sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential information
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative style among management, colleagues and peers
