Job Summary
A computer software company is seeking a Telecommute Financial Software Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting customer reviews and providing account oversight in such a way to ensure client retention in assigned territory
- Serving as an escalation point to resolve customer issues
- Planning and making effective sales contacts with existing customers in order to meet annual goals in assigned territory
Qualifications for this position include:
- Up to 50% of the time
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and be generally comfortable with utilizing other software programs
- 4-year college degree required
- Minimum of 7 years full-time, comparable sales experience in the Financial Services or FinTech industries required
- A broad exposure to the banking and credit union industry
- A thorough understanding of the selling processes acquired through previous work experience
