Job Summary
A financial services provider has an open position for a Telecommute Financing Advisor BizOps Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Gathering operational requirements for stakeholders
- Identifying, developing solutions and implementing action plans for operational challenges
- Maintaining, supporting, and auditing our sales tracking systems and reports to ensure data cleanliness and accuracy
Position Requirements Include:
- 5-7 years of progressive experience as an Analyst, Manager or Director with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or Operations
- Completed an undergraduate degree in Business Administration
- Previous experience using SQL, Excel, Looker and BI tools along with Salesforce
- The ability to navigate through difficult conversations with professionalism and can maintain a calm demeanor
- The ability to quickly grasp new concepts and working a high-performing culture
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work cross-functionally with many internal stakeholders
