Job Summary
A software technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Fintech Boarding Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Onboard customers into the payment processing platform
- Onboard customers with integrated financing partners
- Providing first point of contact support to customers for getting credit cards, etc approved
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2 years total work experience
- Full understanding of the payment processing terms (chargebacks, ACH, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of the payment industry (e.g., processors, gateways, etc.)
- Strong understanding of V/MC interchange tables and costs
- Very proactive in calling and following up with customer
- Strong communication skills
