Telecommute Fisheries Environmental Science Faculty Member

Job Summary

A university has a current position open for a Telecommute Fisheries Environmental Science Faculty Member.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Delivering online lessons to undergraduate and/or graduate students
• Initiating, facilitating, interacting and moderating online classroom forums
• Engaging in the classroom and reply to emails, etc. at least every other day, including one day during the weekend

Required Skills:

• Attend discipline specific and administrative meetings as scheduled
• Terminal degree in Fisheries, Natural Resource Management with a focus on Fisheries, Fish Biology, or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution
• Three or more years of experience in the field of fisheries is required
• Two or more years of college-level teaching experience is required
• Two or more years of online teaching experience is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs required
