Job Summary

A seed-starting retailer has a current position open for a Telecommute Food and Agriculture Customer Support Team Member.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering customer support inquiries via computer (and sometimes phone)
  • Making sure customers are happy with products and services
  • Helping out in other facets of the business when needed

Qualifications Include:

  • Excellent computer skills
  • 45 wpm typing skills at a minimum, 55+ wpm excellent
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organization and follow up skills
  • Team player with the ability to think and act independently
