Job Summary
A footwear company has a current position open for a Telecommute Footwear Strategy and Business Development Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting business unit leaders in the development of longer-term strategic visions and priorities
- Framing the business unit strategies and cultivating alignment and execution on key initiatives
- Supporting business unit leaders in the preparation of Board meetings and other key presentations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10+ years experience in global business development, strategic planning, M&A, financial analysis, etc
- Demonstrated experience creating business development strategies for a global audience
- Demonstrated knowledge and expertise across all key distribution channels
- Demonstrated experience developing solutions, long-term strategic plans, and creative strategies
- Demonstrated experience integrating multiple departments in a matrix organization to achieve results
