Job Summary

A corporate travel management solutions provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Forecasting and Statistical Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Forecasting contact volume, consisting of phones, email, web chat, etc
  • Acting as subject matter expert to provide insight to help achieve service levels
  • Gaining insight to the various marketing communications and customer projects

Position Requirements Include:

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years call center experience
  • 18 months of resource planning experience
  • Very good working knowledge of Work Force Management/IEX NICE
