Job Summary
A mortgage lending company has a current position open for a Telecommute Foreclosure Assistant II.
Must be able to:
- Prepare audit folder and assemble all required documents with flags at the conclusion of the foreclosure process
- Review and process daily approved invoices for Foreclosure department
- Process refunds of deposits
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two total years of experience in an administrative role in consumer mortgage industry/in a back office financial services environment
- Prior experience using the internet to perform basic searches to obtain information
- Basic proficiency with data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Highly organized and detail oriented
