Job Summary

A staffing firm has an open position for a Telecommute Founding Product Designer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Building pixel-perfect designs for new features across our consumer-facing web app
• Identifying and executing the strategic vision for design
• Building design infrastructure, including scaling a design team as we grow

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Multiple years of relevant product design experience
• A strong understanding of user-experience principles and a people-focused design process
• Ability to see the big picture, and then zoom back into the details
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams
