Job Summary

A staffing company is filling a position for a Telecommuter FPGA Firmware Engineer in Carlsbad.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Analyzing electrical circuits and firmware
  • Performing laboratory measurements
  • Documenting engineering requirements

Qualifications Include:

  • Role will switch back to an office environment when COVID-19 restrictions are lifted
  • Bachelor's in Scientific/Engineering discipline and 3 years of related experience OR
  • Master's degree and 2 years experience or combination of education and experience
  • Experience in ARM compilers and FPGA Development Tools
  • Knowledge of nested interrupts and real-time embedded designs
  • Experience with Verilog/VHDL and FPGAs
