Job Summary

A technology services company is seeking a Telecommute Fraud and Authentication Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Liaising with our Business Intelligence and Research teams to pre-screen suspicious activity
• Monitoring and reporting on customer/industry authentication and fraud trends and KPIs
• Providing and presenting content as needed for internal leadership meetings and customer interactions

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, based on location
• BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
• 2+ years of experience in a related role
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Exceptional writing and data analysis skills
• Ability to work independently or collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
