Job Summary
A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommute Fraud and Dispute Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Perform research of customer disputes regarding electronic transactions
- Issue provisional credit, process chargeback’s and process letters
- Ensure compliance with Regulations E and Z while working claims
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Mid-Senior level
- Is fully proficient in duties while working under moderate to limited supervision
- Ability to work remotely
