Job Summary
A financial institution has an open position for a Telecommute Fraud Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of tasks to prevent financial loss
- Answer incoming calls
- Document fraud alerts
Required Skills:
- Two to three years of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to train during 8am - 4:30pm (CST), Monday - Friday for the first 5 weeks
