Job Summary

A financial institution has an open position for a Telecommute Fraud Customer Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of tasks to prevent financial loss
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Document fraud alerts

Required Skills:

  • Two to three years of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to train during 8am - 4:30pm (CST), Monday - Friday for the first 5 weeks
