Job Summary
An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Fraud Specialist IIIa.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing claims history, medical reviews, provider files, etc
- Utilizing data analysis techniques to detect irregularities, billing trends, and financial relationships
- Identifying, investigating and evaluating complex potential fraud, waste or abuse
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Accounting, Criminology, Business or other related field
- 3+ years related work experience or equivalent combination of transferable experience and education
- 2 years as an investigator OR Minimum of 5 years experience in fraud investigation or a related
- Minimum of 3 years experience in fraud investigation/detection or a related field
- Designated as a CFE or AHFI or other recognized certification in a related field
