Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Fraud Waste and Abuse Senior Investigator in the Phoenix Area.

Must be able to:

• Review billing activity for overpayment recoveries
• Investigate and/or triage complaints
• Assist with the management of multiple 3rd party vendor relationships to mitigate and remedy issues

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Ability to travel 0-10% to providers offices when needed
• Bachelor's degree or a strong background with equivalent experience in the duties of position
• Strong knowledge of standard industry coding guides such as CPT, HCPCS, ICD-9, CMS 1500 and UB04 data elements
• Direct investigation activity experience
• Experience in recovering overpayments
• Ability to maintain current knowledge of known FWA activities within the market and update compliance as new trends develop
