An art tiles distributor needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute French Customer Service Head Leader.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of our french customer service
- Translating company's apps and our marketing to French.
- Helping customers with anything they might encounter.
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Being charismatic and friendly in writing, great at communicating clearly
- Have a deep understanding of people and how to help them
- Comfortable with writing, directing a customer service team, training agents, and auditing communications
- Great social skills are essential
