Job Summary
A data storytelling company is seeking a Telecommute Front End Software Engineer Technical Lead .
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing new features, mentoring other engineers, and leading initiatives
- Working closely with our design and product teams to prioritize our roadmap, set the technical vision, and collaborate on the design
- Working on front-end projects but will have many opportunities to work on the back-end and mobile projects for iOS and Android
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional software development experience
- Experience with any modern javascript frameworks, preferably React
- Experience with one or more Object Oriented or scripting languages
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, helpfully-commented and readable code
- Experience leading and driving initiatives with a team
- Enthusiasm to learn and contribute to our team in a meaningful way
