A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Frontline Underwriter in Dallas.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reviewing loans
- Issuing an underwriting decision in compliance with the relevant guidelines
- Analyzing the creditworthiness and collateral
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of mortgage underwriting experience
- FHA and Conventional Underwriting knowledge
- Knowledge of Investor Guidelines, Product Delivery, and AUS engines
- Manual underwriting experience
- Excellent computer skills
