Job Summary
A contract research organization is in need of a Telecommute FSP Clinical Team Manager.
Must be able to:
- Perform matrix leadership and project management of country and site-level activities
- Perform site management & monitoring activities within assigned countries
- Serve as the operational point-of-contact between central Project Management and operational staff
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Occasional drives to site locations with occasional travel both domestic and international
- 5+ years clinical work experience, including field monitoring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
- Good leadership skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills, including English language proficiency
- Good computer skills
