Job Summary
An insurance company is seeking a Telecommute Fulfillment Analyst Remote.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working with consultants to ensure group issues are addressed and resolved
- Requesting invoices from carriers and scrubbing against system data to check for discrepancies
- Provide outstanding and timely client service to internal/external customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- HIPAA certificate required within 6 months of commencing role
- Proficient in Microsoft suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Expert Excel skills
- Proven track record in customer service
