Job Summary

An insurance company is seeking a Telecommute Fulfillment Analyst Remote.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working with consultants to ensure group issues are addressed and resolved
  • Requesting invoices from carriers and scrubbing against system data to check for discrepancies
  • Provide outstanding and timely client service to internal/external customers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • HIPAA certificate required within 6 months of commencing role
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Expert Excel skills
  • Proven track record in customer service
