Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Fulfillment Operations Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing department staff including training, staff development, and performance appraisals and assignments
  • Creating customer feedback loop on order process
  • Handling order related questions/concerns/escalation

Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years of E-commerce experience in an Operations Management/Leadership/Supervisor role
  • Advanced MS Excel Skills (V-lookups, pivot tables, formulas, filtering, sorting, formatting)
  • Warehouse Management Systems
  • Aptitude to analyze data to identify trends, issues and opportunities
  • Understanding of supply chain/logistics principles
