Job Summary

A global non profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Full Funding Retention Survey Consultant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Collecting and analyzing data related to the retention rates
• Implementing all activities related with the Retention Survey and the final delivered product
• Preparing internal and external communication resources related to the Retention Survey

Qualifications Include:

• Advanced degree or equivalent in Statistics, Political Science, Economics or relevant field
• Documented experience in developing, undertaking and managing quantitative and qualitative research
• Excellent computer skills
• Strong oral and written reporting and editing skills
• Proved assessment, analytical, statistical and planning skills
• Ability to establish effective working relations in a multicultural team environment
