A political engagement web application needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Full Stack Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Architecting, implementing and launching elegant and maintainable applications and systems
- Helping drive engagement civic action platform
- Working with the Product team to craft, scope and implement new features and products
Position Requirements Include:
- B.Sc., B.A., or M.Sc. Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience developing, launching and evolving scalable web applications
- Experience with Ruby on Rails (or a similar full-stack web framework)
- Deep understanding of JavaScript and modern frameworks (React, Ember, Backbone, etc.)
- An expert command of HTML and ability to write modular and responsive CSS
