A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Full Stack Senior Software Engineer.

• Building features that delight our customers end-to-end
• Having a huge impact on which products and features we build
• Defining our technical architecture, processes, stack, and culture

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 4+ years experience with Ruby/Rails and JavaScript/React
• High sense of ownership to independently make good decisions for users and the business
• A desire to be part of an early stage startup and wear multiple hats
• Use data to make decisions
• Attention to detail and quality, but know how to balance that with speed
• A sense of humor (startups should be fun) as well as gravitas
