Core Responsibilities Include:
- Optimizing the pathway from trialing the product to purchase
- Re-skinning our marketing site to ensure we are always putting our best foot forward
- Extending the functionality of our product to meet the needs of more specific hiring use cases
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a distributed environment
- 3-7 years of professional programming experience
- 2 years working the across the full stack
- Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies
- Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and client-side performance considerations
- Demonstrated design and UX sensibilities to offer opinions on how things look
