Job Summary

A financial services company is seeking a Telecommute Fullscope RMS Legal Counsel.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Working with State Filing/Compliance team to assist with research and drafting product documents
  • Developing creative Client-centered solutions
  • Working with Corporate Compliance team and business units to provide guidance on newly enacted laws and regulations

Qualifications Include:

  • Requires a law degree and knowledge of the insurance industry
  • Minimum 3 years as practicing attorney in a related in-house role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • Requires a high degree of proficiency in problem solving, fact finding and legal research
  • Ability to anticipate and resolve problems before they arise
