Founded by engineers from MIT and Penn, CloserIQ has scaled 300+ of the most innovative startups in the recent years including Trello, Oscar Health, Justworks, and Algolia. We're a team of 19 in NYC with an extended team across the world, we're profitable and looking to bring on our first full-time engineer!
About the role
There's a lot of cool technology behind our products, we're looking for a fullstack engineer to help us design and implement new features and products. You'll work directly with our CTO and have ownership over major components of our products. As a lean engineering team, we choose the best tool for the job, iterate quickly on features, and run the entire product development cycle with direct inputs from our users.
Requirements
- You have 4+ years of experience with Python
- You have 2+ years of experience in a fullstack or similar positions
- You're comfortable in modern web stack technologies including Django/Flask, RDBMs such as MySQL, React, HTML, CSS/SASS
- You're self-driven with a high aptitude to work autonomously
- You love learning, constructive feedback, and pursuing the best solution at all costs
Our Tech
We run a custom web app that builds on:
- Python backend
- Mysql, Elasticsearch, Redis and Algolia for data management
- Mix of jquery and AngularJS on the frontend
