Job Summary
An IT service management company is filling a position for a Telecommute Functional Assessments and Travel Training Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Presenting monthly, annual reports and plan reviews
- Reviewing service delivery to ensure that the most appropriate and effective abilities assessments are performed
- Leading team of direct reports to ensure business outcomes and contract goals are defined and met
Qualifications for this position include:
- Conduct individualized one-to-one field training sessions to teach individuals a variety of travel skills
- 8+ years of previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of professional experience working with individuals with disabilities
- 6+ years of experience managing an operation
- Experience working with public sector clients
