Job Summary

An IT service management company is filling a position for a Telecommute Functional Assessments and Travel Training Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Presenting monthly, annual reports and plan reviews
  • Reviewing service delivery to ensure that the most appropriate and effective abilities assessments are performed
  • Leading team of direct reports to ensure business outcomes and contract goals are defined and met

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Conduct individualized one-to-one field training sessions to teach individuals a variety of travel skills
  • 8+ years of previous leadership or supervisory experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of professional experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • 6+ years of experience managing an operation
  • Experience working with public sector clients
