Job Summary

A provider of software for workforce management is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Functional Solution Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing subject matter expertise, leadership and recommendations to clients
• Guiding clients through detailed discovery sessions
• Documenting client requirements, customizations and impact evaluations

Qualifications Include:

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years’ implementing Kronos Workforce Central (v6.0 & up) or ADP eTIME solutions
• Kronos customization, configuration and implementation experience
• Thorough understanding of implementation life cycle components
• Experience working in complex business environments
