Job Summary

A direct marketing agency that serves nonprofits is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Fundraising Representative in Pittsburgh.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Contact and build relationships with faith based organizations such as the Salvation Army
• Utilize effective fundraising techniques, while on the phones, to solicit donations for our nonprofit clients
• Respond to donors’ requests

Qualifications Include:

• High school diploma; some college coursework preferred
• Call center experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Five9 Phoning system a plus
• Ability to successfully pass a background screen
• Ability to work a Sunday - Thursday 11:00AM - 8:00PM CST schedule
• Ability to inform donors of the impact of their donations
