Telecommute Game Development Art Outsourcing Lead

Job Summary

A game development company is in need of a Telecommute Game Development Art Outsourcing Lead.

Must be able to:

• Work with the Art Director, Art Manager and discipline leads to drive and maintain high visual quality of outsourced art content
• Lead the outsourcing art team by establishing and maintaining the use of best practices and standards
• Direct and mentor the internal outsourcing art teams through verbal and written feedback

Qualifications for this position include:

• Lead experience on a shipped title within a game production environment
• Experience with: Maya, Zbrush, Photoshop, Substance Suite, UE4+, Perforce
• Strong eye for quality and the ability to provide clear feedback accordingly
• Strong traditional and digital art skills
• Deep understanding of art production across all relative discipline
• Ability to communicate art direction in an effective, efficient & positive manner
