Job Summary

A social gaming company is seeking a Telecommute Gaming Community Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Connecting with the company's player base daily
  • Assisting players with technical issues and rules questions
  • Assisting players with abuse reports, and payment disputes

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2+ years of customer support experience
  • Remote work experience
  • Technical aptitude, including knowing how to clear a cache, take a screenshot, make a gif, and send a tweet
  • Familiarity with help desk software, social media, and online forums
  • Outstanding English language skills and the ability to communicate complicated subjects in a simple, readable way
  • Tuesday - Saturday availability, with the ability to attend virtual meetings from 11am - 1pm Eastern Time
