Job Summary
A social gaming company is seeking a Telecommute Gaming Community Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Connecting with the company's player base daily
- Assisting players with technical issues and rules questions
- Assisting players with abuse reports, and payment disputes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of customer support experience
- Remote work experience
- Technical aptitude, including knowing how to clear a cache, take a screenshot, make a gif, and send a tweet
- Familiarity with help desk software, social media, and online forums
- Outstanding English language skills and the ability to communicate complicated subjects in a simple, readable way
- Tuesday - Saturday availability, with the ability to attend virtual meetings from 11am - 1pm Eastern Time
