Job Summary

A customer solutions company has a current position open for a Telecommute Gaming Customer Service and Technical Support Professional.

Must be able to:

  • Execute on delivering a great customer experience
  • Handle multiple call types, i.e. billing issues, internet connectivity with the gaming console, and hardware technical support
  • Help others get the most out of their systems

Qualifications for this position include:

  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment
  • Must have a passion for the customer and the customer's experience
  • Must have familiarity with social networking (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
  • Must have familiarity with the gaming environment and the modern gaming consoles
  • A demonstrated ability to perform at a high level, with a strong aptitude to adjust to change
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient reading skills to analyze, interpret, and address customer needs
