Job Summary
A customer solutions company has a current position open for a Telecommute Gaming Customer Service and Technical Support Professional.
Must be able to:
- Execute on delivering a great customer experience
- Handle multiple call types, i.e. billing issues, internet connectivity with the gaming console, and hardware technical support
- Help others get the most out of their systems
Qualifications for this position include:
- A minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment
- Must have a passion for the customer and the customer's experience
- Must have familiarity with social networking (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Must have familiarity with the gaming environment and the modern gaming consoles
- A demonstrated ability to perform at a high level, with a strong aptitude to adjust to change
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient reading skills to analyze, interpret, and address customer needs
