Job Summary
A cloud platform company is seeking a Telecommute Gear Engineering Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Meeting with the company's partners to gather context
- Participating in Product Leadership meetings
- Authoring process RFCs to recommend improvements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to recruit, grow, and retain engineers
- Ability to build and iterate on the effectiveness of a product delivery process
- Ability to guide Engineers to solve problems with code, without code, and sometimes, by deleting code
