An institute for higher education has an open position for a Telecommute General Executive Assistant I in Portland.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the leader's calendar and contact database to schedule meetings, make travel arrangements
- Preparing high level documentation and advanced correspondence for presentation
- Acting as a liaison between the leader and employees, clients and all external contacts
Qualifications for this position include:
- This position must reside in Portland, Maine
- Offers support and assistance to other departments and employees as needed for special projects and/or events
- Bachelors Degree required but may substitute a combination of education and experience
- 5 years executive assistant experience
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other Microsoft applications
- Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills
