Job Summary
A financial services company is filling a position for a Telecommute General Liability Litigation Plus Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Properly assessing the exposure of assigned claims
- Planning, recommending, reserving and executing file strategies
- Identify and properly mitigation, subrogation, and other recovery opportunities
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel: Yes, 10 % of the Time
- At least five years relevant experience managing litigated general liability claims
- Technical expertise in managing claims of high complexity
- Adept at managing conflict while negotiating a win/win outcome
