Job Summary
An automotive parts and tires retailer is in need of a Telecommute General Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Monitor & measure execution of key processes
- Oversee day to day work flow of retail operations & region P&L
- Develop & execute recovery & action plans
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 10 years' experience managing a sales/operational team
- Proven ability to develop annual operating plans with clearly defined objectives
- Proven & consistent track record for meeting & exceeding operating targets
- Bachelor's Degree from a 4 year college
