A company providing innovative customer experience solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Genesys Architect in Gold River.

Must be able to:

  • Define and document detailed business and technical requirements
  • Design and architect CTI based solutions to meet requirements
  • Lead a team of engineers in implementation activities

Qualifications for this position include:

  • At least 8 years of experience with Genesys Routing solutions, Genesys Rules System, and Genesys Reporting
  • 8 years of experience with Genesys Voice Portal, Genesys SIP Server, and Genesys eServices
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills
