A leading healthcare provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Genesys Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing direction, leadership, management, and coaching to 2 analysts
• Meeting with business partners to gather and analyze business requirements
• Designing technology solutions for reporting and data problems

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in a manager role or equivalent leadership role
• 3+ years working with Genesys products or equivalent call / IVR platforms
• Experience working with business partners and interpreting their needs
• Intermediate level of SQL programming knowledge
• Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Experience managing large projects
