Job Summary

A travel company is seeking a Telecommute Genesys Support Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Research logs and respond to internal customers
  • Resolve support tickets by investigating, replicating, and troubleshooting in the sandbox
  • Complete change requests

Qualifications Include:

  • Some travel will be required
  • Genesys Pure Engage Premise experience
  • 3 years technical Genesys PureEngage Premise experience
  • 2+ years of software technical support and/or development, or other related experience
  • Operating systems: Windows 10, Windows server 2012
  • Familiarity with support ticket tracking systems
