An editing and publishing services company is in need of a Telecommute Genetic Engineering Peer Reviewer and Journal Expert.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing a critical analysis of suitability of the manuscript with the journal’s scope
- Ensuring that the quality of language used in the report is scientific, understandable, and considerate
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- At least 5 years of relevant academic copyediting/substantive editing/proofreading experience
- Extensive subject matter expertise
- Knack for diligently editing, restructuring, and polishing articles written by non-native speakers
- Proficiency and competence in the most widely spoken language across the world—English!
