Job Summary
A technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Genetic Solutions Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building product strategies and coherent business plans and overseeing those products from conception to completion
- Planning, P&L/budgeting and directing departmental resources and responsibilities
- Contributing to team production goals and quality control, including content editing, scoping, topic selection, etc
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time
- PhD degree in Genetics
- Significant professional experience with applicable people management responsibility
- Expert business knowledge with comprehensive understanding of the healthcare industry
- Proven experience effectively leading a cross-functional team where some participants are not direct reports
