Job Summary
A national non-profit organization focused on providing parenting support and encouragement for families is in need of a Telecommute Get Out the Vote Project Director.
Must be able to:
- Work with leadership to formulate a detailed team-wide project plan
- Lead and coordinate team to work together to achieve goals
- Implement clear project tracking with milestones and deadlines for team members
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5-7+ years' experience managing highly-complex projects
- Ability to be accessible during the majority of ET business hours
- Ability to understand and track many moving pieces of complex projects engaging many stakeholders
- Ability to collect and document project requirements across multiple tech platforms
- Ability to step in and guide a growing team with grace and care
- Ability to manage challenges and problem-solve under pressure in complex, ambiguous environments
