- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time within and between assigned geographic areas
- Texas Gifted Education Specialist Certification
- 3 years of teaching experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Meet requirements for Highly Qualified Teacher in subject area under No Child Left Behind
