Job Summary

A publishing company has a current position open for a Telecommute Global Business Consulting Utilization Optimization Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Processing design and improvement
• Working closely with an analytics and reporting team to ensure appropriate macro-level and micro-level reporting and analysis
• Driving positive billable utilization growth across the organization

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Strong presentation skills
• Knowledge of standard utilization calculation practices and drivers of utilization in a services organization
• Transformational/change management experience
• Five years or more experience in Operations management
• Software industry experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant field, or equivalent work experience
